President & Founder
Robert Stein began his career in executive search with Russell Reynolds Associates over 23 years ago. During his time with this private global firm, Bob served in almost every operations function. Prior to his departure in 1997 Bob served as head of North American technology serving in a key role in the development and implementation of a $20M global database. In 1997 Bob was recruited to serve as VP, Operations for a newly created boutique search firm. During Bob’s tenure the firm became a national leader in its niche and grew to 17 employees in less than two years before being acquired by Korn Ferry International. After leading integration of the firm into its buyer, Bob left Korn Ferry to build Prospect City. Since forming Prospect City Bob has helped build several successful search boutiques from scratch, all of which continue with great success today.

Robert’s clients include several multi-billion-dollar corporations, several new startups, boutiques and two global search firms. He continues ongoing consultant roles as a part-time COO and CIO of several search boutiques and a global management consulting firm.
