Our team members have extensive expereince in senior level executive search and have been trained at the most reputable oganizations in the industry.

Robert Stein
Bob has been in executive search for almost 30 years, employed at leading firms such as Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry International. As President of Prospect City Bob has buiilt a number of senior level executive search firms, all of which continue to be successful today.
Over the course of his career Bob has worked in every facet of executive search and has recruited a number of executives at the board and C-levels through VP. Clients range from $80B global companies to $40M consulting firms. In addition to serving clients and executives Bob is a speaker and has authored numerous industry-related articles.

Our Team Leaders
Nancy Brereton has over twenty years of experience managing human resources and senior level executive search. Prior to joining Prospect City in 2006, Nancy spent 8 years with a top global executive search firm, leading senior level executive searches across all industries. Prior to executive search, Nancy served in leadership development for Manufacturers Hanover Corporation and later in talent management with GTE.
Donna Skunda has more than ten years of experience in senior level executive search, serving with another leading global firm. She brings unique functional expertise in CFO, GM, CEO and CIO across all industries.
Prior to her executive search career, Donna spent 10 years leading recruitment and staffing with a global manufacturer.

Today the network consists of over 1,000 members who share expertise and resources, and allow us to scale to any level and reach every talent market in the world.

Our team of administrative professionals have extensive experience serving within the executive search function.
As COO we oversee internal operations, including execution processes, research teams, finance and technology for leading boutique search firms.
Administrative assistants come from the executive search industry and have learned their trade under the highly demanding requirements of top recruiters.
Bookkeepers at Prospect City have extensive experience managing the financials of some of the most important executive recruiters in the industry, using popular web-based tools such as QB and Corduroy.
Marketers at Prospect City have designed innovative websites, proposals, presentations and other marketing materials for leading executives for over twenty years.

Technology
Technology is a critical part of our business and we take no risks with the security and stability of systems used by our clients. That's why we partner exclusively with Superblock.
Our operating systems are OpenBSD, known for a "security-first" mission created by the most innovative developers in the open source community. Our software is open source as well, allowing us to develop and innovate at our own pace without waiting for large software companies to catch up or address the individual needs of our clients.

Prospect City's Exchange Hub was created in 2000 with the purpose of connecting professional recruiting researchers around the globe.
In addition to sharing ideas and collaborating on projects among researchers, the Exchange Hub offers executive recruiters and corporate HR executives the ability to connect with the world's best researchers.
Our longstanding relationship with individuals in the group allow us to scale to meet the complex demands of our clients.
