Hosted VoIP Telephone Systems

Why VoIP?

Our VoIP PBX-style phone systems provide a feature-rich experience without the heavy cost normally associated with a traditional PBX telephone system. Standard features include voicemail, direct-dial numbers, auto-attendant, external transfers, conference calling, vmail-to-email delivery and complete portability. Using Voice-over-IP, our system routes your calls over your high speed Internet connection and allows for customization and immediate expansion to remote offices or employees working from home.

A Better Caller Experience
Clients and candidates calling into your phone system will experience a professional PBX-style system equal to that of any large corporation. Fully customizable, the system can use live or auto-attendant, directories and voicemail. Without any indication to the caller, calls can be routed to IP phone extensions anywhere around the globe, cellular telephones and land line phones, making the VoIP system flexible, distributed and scalable.

Custom Applications Integration
Our PBX-style VoIP systems interact with external systems in many ways. Voicemail messages are delivered via email to your desktop or to your PDA. Our VoIP phones interact directly with our other systems, including Velvet and IM. In Velvet, users simply click on any phone number and their VoIP phone will auto-dial the number selected. Optional components include automated record lookup based on caller ID for incoming calls, and automatic logging of activity in Velvet based on calls made from your VoIP phone extension or via email. IM features include your VoIP phone status automatically displayed on your IM systems so other employees know when you're on the phone.
